I hung a food bag holding 14lbs, seven days worth, of food in a tree. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a strange noise. I looked out of my tent to see a raccoon hanging from my bag by his front paws. I wasn’t even upset that he has trying to get into my food. All that I was thinking was, “Damn that’s a strong carabiner! I nee to buy more!” There must have been around 30lbs swinging from the biner. So completely impressed!
