The material is water-resistant. (It’s hard to call anything waterproof these days.) But yes, it is breathable! This prevents, or largely helps to prevent mold. Material is MagnaTuff and is a 600D (denier) polyester. Lifetime warranty for defects/construction errors. 5 years for normal wear and tear or UV damage. Mold and mildew damage is not covered. Warranty requires proof of purchase.
