We have a stunning collection of colours and sizes making them a very popular choice. Alpaca fibre is hard-wearing and provides excellent insulation and great wicking (breathing) properties, which ensures your feet remain dry and warm. Alpaca socks are highly recommended for sufferers with conditions such as chilblains, arthritis, Raynaud’s, diabetics or simply bad circulation. You’ll be amazed at the difference between our socks in comparison to other wools as alpaca fibre is stronger than mohair, finer than cashmere, smoother than silk, softer than cotton and warmer than goose down. This clever fibre is unusual in that it resists odours and moisture, therefore our socks do not need washing after every wear making them a sustainable and environmentally friendly option. Made in England using traditional sock making methods with hand-linked seams for comfort. Our coloured socks are dyed using a sustainable dyeing process. Everyday socks are also available in contrast and stripy styles. Our alpaca called Caramac, as a cria (baby alpaca), is the alpaca face on our everyday sock labels! Lovingly made in England.
